Don’t Gamble
with Ohio’s Future

Eliminating property taxes sounds simple.

In reality, it creates chaos that will hurt every family, every community, and every paycheck.

Property taxes are a real concern for Ohio families.

But eliminating them entirely without a plan doesn’t fix the problem, it makes it worse

Abolishing property taxes removes the single largest source of funding for local communities. That means everything funded locally, from schools to first responders to senior care, gets wiped outalmost overnight.

That money disappears, but the need for it doesn’t. Which means higher taxes somewhere else, fewer services, or both.

Property taxes make up nearly two-thirds of all local funding in Ohio. Eliminating them altogether with no plan for what comes next is just reckless.
